How to order:

1. Choose your shirt size and color.

2. Under Family Member, select the title you would like printed on your shirt — such as Mom, Dad, Sister, Brother, Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt, or Uncle.

3. Don't see the title you need? Select Other and enter your custom title in the box provided.

4. Sleeve Personalization: If you choose to add personalization, the name and/or number will be printed on the sleeve.

5. Double-check all of your selections and spelling before adding your shirt to the cart.

Example:
If you select Mom, your shirt will be printed as SENIOR MOM.
If you select Other and enter Nana, your shirt will be printed as SENIOR NANA.
