By placing an order, you confirm that all information (sizes, colors, spelling, design choices) is correct.

🎨 Design & Mockups

Mockups are for visual reference only.
Final print colors and placement may vary slightly due to screen settings and production processes.

⏱️ Turnaround Time

All turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to order volume, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has shipped, Tropical Vibes Printing is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

🚫 Limitation of Liability

Tropical Vibes Printing is not liable for:

• Customer errors (spelling, sizing, selections)
• Normal wear and tear of garments
• Misuse or improper care of items

⚠️ Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any images, logos, or designs submitted.

💳 Payment Terms

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.
